There are many standard group discounts available, however, if you have a fixed budget we may be able to work with you to accommodate a payment schedule or negotiate a rate to allow you to attend the training that you need.
We issue a SharePoint Innovations Certificate of completion, however, Microsoft certifications are awarded upon successful completion of official certification exams, which can only be taken at a Microsoft certified testing facility. SPI training courses will prep you for many of these exams but do not offer Microsoft Certifications as we are not a certified testing facility.
Any cancellations up to (7) business days before the start of the course will be charged $300 plus any applicable credit card transaction fees (not applicable for payments via check or PO). Cancellations within (7) days of the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee you paid plus any applicable credit card transaction fees. If applicable, refunds will be sent no later than 30 days after the scheduled course start date. SharePoint Innovations has the right to cancel a class for any reason and without prior knowledge. Should SPI cancel a class, you will be given the choice of a refund for the entire purchase price of the course or a credit to take the class at a later date. No refunds will be given for travel arrangements or lodging.
Our instructors encourage questions and class participation. Some questions can be answered in class. Questions that may be of less relevance to the class as a whole may be answered one-on-one with the instructors after class or at lunch. One of the added benefits of taking your SharePoint training from us is the opportunity to “pick the brains” of the instructors as they are all SharePoint experts with lots of real-world experience and seasoned expertise.
At all of our locations, classes start at 8:00 in the morning and end around 5:00 in the evening. Our instructors are seasoned travelers themselves, and will certainly understand if you need to leave early to catch a flight on the last day.
No, we do not. Microsoft will only allow companies who teach Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) to accept their vouchers. We do not teach any MOC courses. All of our courses are written by our own SharePoint experts out of their own experience and expertise.
Yes. Every student at any of our training classes receives a comprehensive training manual. The manual includes all the PowerPoint slides and the scripted hands-on labs which guide you click-by-click through the SharePoint training experience. Students attending online will receive the materials in an electronic format with the option to print – we provide a hard copy of the manual for classroom attendees. Please note: Any Custom Designed Courses will not typically have a manual, just the training materials required to execute the custom delivery.
Yes. Our online live classes connect you to the same classroom via state-of-the-art Cisco technologies and infrastructure from your desk. Dual monitors are HIGHLY recommended- one to view the GoToTraining webcast and one to perform the hands-on labs that correspond with the lecture.
